Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zomate AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The Service reads incoming WhatsApp and email enquiries, matches them to your product catalogue, and drafts quotations according to your organization's configured pricing rules for your team to review and send. It is a tool to assist your sales process — it does not replace your team's judgment on pricing, terms, or customer relationships.

Each account belongs to an organization. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within their organization, and for the accuracy of the pricing rules and catalogue data they configure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or a third-party platform's policies (including WhatsApp's Business Policy).

You retain ownership of the customer, product, and quotation data you input or connect to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Quotations are drafted using your configured pricing rules and require review and approval by your team before being sent to a customer. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any quotation before it is sent — the Service is a drafting aid, not a substitute for that review.

Fees for the Service are set out in the pricing you agreed to at signup. Founding-customer pricing, where offered, applies for the term stated at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We own all rights to the Service's software, design, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in a quotation that was sent without review.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
